What Do We Do?

We provide secure and easy-to-use electronic show secretary services to clubs all across Canada.

Our service allows the Show Secretary to easily plan and prepare for a show by accepting exhibitor entries online. Once an entry is received by our system, a number of show processes can then be automated, including the automatic generation of confirmations, receipts, and show catalogues.

Being fully automated and 100% web-based, the Show Secretary can easily add events, change pricing, approve/reject/export entries and run reports, at any time of the day, without the involvement of our staff.
